The Many Faces of Apathy - A Workplace Photo Essay

I answer the phones at a company that shall remain nameless. Every day all sorts of people call in - the old people who are lonely and want to talk to someone, the mentally unstable who are looking for a new psychiatrist, the complainers who just want to make your day miserable, and so on and so forth. After a while, one (read: me) grows numb and finds various ways to keep oneself entertained, while the people on the other end ramble on... and on... and on.
