Japan Releases Fashion Model Robot

The Japanese have invented a robot that can mimic a fashion model walking the runway and they plan to use it at fashion shows.

With the Japanese revealing its new HRP-4C fashion robot, many nerd organizations have agreed that a sex robot is coming soon. “It’s only a matter of time,” said Akihito Macmillan, head of Andromedia Research, which builds battle-bots and is a strong contender for this year's Master Robot Challenge.

“We have robots that mow the lawn, vacuum the floor, as pets, and now, we have one that walks the runway wearing the latest fashion. The down side, of course, is that this is really going to hurt one of my favorite shows, America’s Next Top Model. When they find out a robot can master modeling skills in a nano-second people are going to start asking questions.”

The introduction of the HRP-4C fashion robot has not gone unnoticed in the fashion world. Flesh-and-blood fashion models are protesting the introduction of the cybernetic fashionista. Fashion designers, however, seem open to the idea of runways dominated by robot models. “It opens a whole new realm of possibilities,” said fashion guru, Melba Marquee.
