NHL's Prague Exhibition Games

I decided to share a few of my photos and artwork from the NHL Exhibition Games in Prague. I spent a lot of time learning everything I could behind the scenes at the games. It was probably one of the best career moves I could ever make for my hockey writing career. While many major newspapers in New York City were only able to watch the games from a television set, I was running around behind the scenes going from practices to sitting upstairs next to the broadcasters. I made several new friends in the NHL and even a few European friends. As one European reporter told me, "It is unheard of to see a woman covering hockey." Well, he wasn't kidding. I was the only female in the press corps, including one of the very few Americans that made the trip over.
