According to Thatsracin.com, it looks like Jamie McMurray is out at Roush/Fenway Racing in '09. I won't say that I totally called that one a loong time ago or anything. Interesting. I feel bad for him, even if he did ruin my fantasy league. Again.
Also, while I'm at it, I have a few thoughts about the rest of the rumors floating around that I haven't gotten to talk about yet.
*I think Martin Truex, Jr. will continue to be at Dale Earnhardt, Inc. next year, and maybe for a while after that. Not sure why, I don't have any info, I'm going with my gut on this one.
*I predict thatTony Stewart will take part ownership in Hass-CNC in 2010. It'll be more of a retirement plan than anything else for the driver who has send he just wants to make enough money in NASCAR to retire. I don't think Dale Earnhardt, Jr. will have anything to do with it, as many rumors continue to suggest, and obviously I don't think Martin Truex, Jr. will have anything to do with it. I know some Dale Jr. fans want this so bad they are willing to come up with new possibilities everyday. I'm not one of them.
*Richard Childress Racing is the biggest open ticket for next season. I personally would like to see Scott Wimmer get that ride. I think he deserves it but I'm sure McMurray has been looking that direction too. And we can't forget Red Bull Racing. We have to see how long they will put up with A.J. Allmendinger. Although they have said they are in it for the long haul. That's why they call it silly. Season.
*We'll see more movement at Ganassi Racing.
