Bio
I am a mother of two and former exotic dancer. I founded nakedtruth.ca - a resource and advocacy website for exotic dancers - and through the online community that has formed out of this website, I also coordinate stripathon fundraising events such as the annual Exotic Dancers for Cancer in memory of Jocelyne Sioui. And I am a member of the B.C. Coalition of Experiential Communities. I also teach pole dancing to women for stagettes and parties (www.thevixenwithin.com). I have several years of English and Women's Studies post-secondary education, and a diploma in Public Relations from Kwantlen College. I have also somehow become one of the most vocal - or at least widely (mis)quoted, haha - advocates for exotic dancers in Canada.
