Bio
Paula Schikkerling is a postpartum doula, massage practitioner and self-empowerment guide based out of Vancouver, BC. She was born and raised in South Africa and is an avid traveller, spending the last four months living and working in Mexico City, in between exploring the rest of the country. Her camera is almost always found nearby and she'll take practically any risk to her health in order to get the perfect shot, later hitting the yoga mat to recover from whatever injury she might have sustained in the process.
