Hello. My name is Darya (Dasha) Boichenko. I was born in Kazakhstan [which is not at all like it was shown in Borat], but I'm russian. (remember, it used to be a Soviet Union land). About a year ago I came to Canada to finish high school. I am a teenager who is desperate to become a journalist - it was my dream since I was 5. I have considered other options, but I feel that journalism is what I always wanted to do. Of course, it's not easy to become one, especially with English being my second language. So, I guess, I'll start with presenting my home country to the world as well as my opinions about different aspects of teenage life.
