Timothy John Boham, a former model was arrested and charged with first degree murder in 2006. He is currently being accused of shooting a 43-year-old business man John Paul "JP" Kelso in the head.

Timothy Boham was born May 27th, 1981 in Nebraska. He was a shy child and his small physique made him regular targets for school bullies. On one occasion he was thrown in a garbage can by the bigger kids. He also would have his backpack put on the top shelf so he could not reach it and was tormented.

His home life was no better; his father was verbally and physically abusive to Tim, according to Timothy's mother Sue Strong.

Once Timothy grew older his body matured and he became more of a muscular man. He decided to use his good looks to gain entry into the modeling industry and he had no problems. He worked in in Denver at Maximum Talent Agency for three years and did quite well.

After that he moved to West Hollywood California to pursue a career in adult films. With the help of ChiChi La Rue, a director and producer of gay porn he started working in several well-known gay porn films.

In November 2002, Boham appeared on the cover of Freshmen magazine (considered to be the best '18-25' magazine of young gay men). In the annual survey in 2003, he went by the name "Markus Allen" and was voted "Freshman of the Year" by a wide margin, and again appeared on the cover (June 2003). This led to opportunities such as with Falcon studios.

With Falcon Entertainment, Boham appeared in a dozen adult movies, in 2004 and 2005. As Markus Allen, Boham was on the cover of Mandate magazine in July 2006, apparently for All World's Video. Boham also appeared on the cover of Playgirl Magazine's "campus hunks" issue (November 2006) .

Boham has a daughter and girlfriend and has expressed he is not gay, however he is allegedly bisexual. There were numerous false reports that he was "homophobic", that he refused to live in an apartment that a gay man had lived in previously unless it was sterilized.

Also a woman who was attracted to Boham, but was not able to enter into a relationship with him because Timothy was not interested, stated that he "has an explosive temper and owned a large collection of guns, including a rifle with a silencer and a scope." Boham, also picked fights over petty disputes with friends and "got into bloody fistfights," she said.

I will let you draw you own conclusions as to her motives. Keep in mind Timothy did reject her. All these accusations seem very phony.

His mother and legal research temp stated that he was romantically involved with gay men and did not hate gays. In fact, he felt more comfortable around them then straight people, "because gays would treat him better." Tim's family adamantly denies these claims that he was homophobic. So all the speculation and news reports that are trying to convict him before he even has a trial is sickening to me. He seems like a very troubled young man who just needs a break.

Going back to the arrest now, Timothy left the porn industry in 2004, two years before his arrest, so his past is truly not relevant. Kelso befriended Tim and hired him to work at his debt recovery office. They began a romantic relationship and according to court documents, one night Boham allegedly decided to rob Kelso because Keslo stated he had a safe with $100,000 in his home.

It is said that Timothy planned to take the money and move to South America with his girlfriend and daughter, but the plan went wrong when Kelso became angry that Boham wouldn't "cuddle" with him. There was a struggle and the gun went off, shooting JP in the face and fatally wounding him.

Tim says that it was an accident, and I believe him. I don't think he would have risked his life and his daughter's life just for some money and knowingly and with a sane mind, shoot someone. It seems like it was just a robbery that went wrong. So Tim allegedly tried to clean up the blood and took the safe from the house, but there was nothing in it. He allegedly threw it in a river nearby along with the gun and clothes.

He contacted his sister and explained what had happened, and then he left. His sister called the police and told them the situation, and arrest warrant was issued after it was determined Timothy was the prime suspect.

He was tracked down by his cell phone records close to the Mexican border in Arizona. He apparently confessed to the border officials on the American side that he was "a murder suspect."

He waived extradition from Arizona to Denver and is currently pleading insanity and waiting for his trial. He has a lot of support from his friends, family and legal staff.

I just hope he gets a fair trial and no one judges him before knowing all the facts. The media should only be reporting the facts and not keep trying to make money off of rumors.

I, too, am an adult film performer and a similar situation happened to me in the past. It is not fun being judged by people who don't know anything about you. I am confident all the truth and facts will come out in trial and this young man will be able to get his life back.

I am the same age as Tim and I feel as though I have a mirrored life of his, I have gone through almost everything he has (except the murder part) and thankfully my life turned out well. The media was no help to me and they just tried to sensationalize my story and it's not fair. This man is in prison and his life is on the line. I feel as though I can help by telling the story from his point of view.
