Unfortunately drugs have caused people to resort to stealing. I can't stand Crack heads!!! Chris The Crack head ( David Spates ) runs into Chris and Earl. Everyone hold on to your valuables! Nice video, real funny. But the main problem is now funny at all. These people will steal anything so they can buy drugs. Lucky for them that there is a drug and alcoholic treatment center mostly everywhere. Too bad that they don`t have a lot of help to bring the addicts in. Or the police by their side, so the police can catch them and get them to rehab.
