Equality With Man ?

Better for a woman to strive to be all that she can be and to be pleased with her own respective gifts and achievements than to strive for something as ethereal as equality with man, for any woman who so strives risks reducing herself to his level. '

Women who strive for equality with man are seeking a tangible outcome to a subjective matter.

How will a woman ever know she's equal to man ?

This author is not his wife's equal.

This author has watched as women in his office have been hired after him and yet watched as one of those women has been promoted to office manager above him.

Should this author strive for equality with that woman ?

This author is not her equal. This author will never be her equal. Her management skills are superior to his own.

This author's wife is graduated with honors from Clarkson University in Potsdan, NY, USA and readily admits he will never be her equal in her field of study.

Should this author feel poorly because he will never be her equal ?

This author's female fellow worker need not strive for equality with man for she has surpassed by her quality of work all of the men in the office.

This author's wife has no need to strive for equality with her husband for to be equal to this author, she would have to take a step down.

Striving for equality is like going out on a thick foggy day and trying to bottle fog. With all of one's efforts, no matter how grand, they shall undoubtedly return home with little to show for their work. No matter the commitment in pursuit of bottling fog, they shall be disappointed in measure.

Better for a woman to strive to be all that she can be and to be pleased with her own respective gifts and achievements than to strive for something as ethereal as equality with man, for any woman who so strives risks reducing herself to his level.
