Tennis Star Sania Mirza: Victim Of Religious Fanatics

Sania did an advertisement shooting on the premises of a mosque. Muslim fatwa providers shouted that the place became unholy because of this incident. In a photograph, it was watched that Sania with her feet up near the Indian flag. Hindu fanatics filed a case against her. She is not patriotic since she is of a Muslim family. To prevent AIDS, Sania once said sex should be safe before or after marriage. Again, the Fatwa providers shouted why Sania did say sex should be safe before marriage! Pre-marital sex is crime and it is sin according to religion.

Those ignorant Indian people who are shouting about Sania Mirza’s attire do not know she is a tennis player. She can't wear a burkha on the tennis court! No outdoor games except cricket go with Islamic dress. When Muslim male footballers play in the ground, they also violate the Islamic dress code.

Even poor male and female laborers can not afford that dress or they don't wear that dress for work, and no clerics provide suggestions or solutions in those cases. In the case of Sania, she clearly answered against clerics that it is her decision what she wears.

In a mosque, everyone can enter. Sania and her associates did not go to the inside of mosque where men pray. They entered the outdoor complex for a shooting. In spite of this, how did clerics and fundamentalists accuse Sania? The beautiful and heart throb of every Indian youth Sania Mirza did not argue on this issue. Primarily she remained silent and later she apologized on this sensitive issue.

Hindu fanatics question about Sania’s patriotism. Their charge against Sania is that she is not patriotic because she insulted the national flag, though Sania did not touch the flag. Only her feet were near the flag.
