This Brazilian martial art is spreading throughout the world. Have you heard of Capoeira?

Capoeira, according to Wikipedia, is an Afro-Brazilian martial art, game, and culture created by enslaved Africans in Brazil during the 16th Century.

That is correct, and at Wikipedia you may read more about the history of this once outlawed art, and now, the first ever recognized Brazilian sport fight.

Capoeira is an X-Ray of Brazil in itself. In terms of its formation and development: there is the music, the dance, the witty, the singing. This is so much so that practitioners don't say they "fight" Capoeira; they play it.

Capoeira was born in Brazil with strong influences from mother Africa rituals. It embodies what to be Brazilian is all about.

I want to show you a picture of that, if you follow the links bellow you will get, I hope, a very good picture.
