Here is a little teaser for this year's 'World's Ugliest Dog' competition taking place next month at the Sonoma-Marin Fair.

This fine looking fellow is named Elwood, and he's holding the crown from last year. Do you think there's a dog out there who can top him? I really don't think so. Apparently Elwood was rescued as a result of an NJ SPCA investigation. He was shivering, had a runny nose, and was making strange sounds when Karen Quigley Rescued him. Obviously it was love at first sight, and the two have been together ever since.
