The dynamic of my team turned into a dark cloud when Jen came in. When I first heard she was coming I thought, “We’re going to be in shambles right now and it’s going to suck really bad.” As soon as she came, people could notice we weren’t even smiling anymore.
Nemeses
Jen had it out for me, you know what I’m saying? I know her strategy. She was trying to break me down, but she can’t break me down. She talks a lot more than she cooks.
For her to talk smack about me, she just made herself look bad. For her to tell me to lie in front of Chef? You know what I’m saying? You just represented yourself like, “What the hell!” It’s Chef Gordon Ramsay; he’s going to find out no matter what.
Karma’s a bitch man! It will bite you in the butt, for real. When Jen lost the challenge for us because she “forgot” the sauce, I had the biggest smile on my face. She said to Chef she forgot it, but in actuality, she burnt it.
The Red Team Sweats It
Matty boy was sweating into his dish hardcore. It was just a trip. I didn’t know Matty could sweat that much. That’s what I don’t get the most; why is he still there? I honestly don’t get it. You have me…I messed up a couple of times, but I’ve had a good run. Most of the time if I messed up, it was because of the people that sabotaged me.
Wrapped Around Corey’s Finger?
Uh, no! I was just smoking cigarettes with her. There was no romance.

By goldenpen, July 9, 2008 at 15:27You were a pleasure to watch, Louross. Your energy and skill in the kitchen definetely contributed to the Blue Team's services. I think you should have outlasted Jen and especially Matt, but things don't always work out. Good luck, Louross.

By aftaab, May 28, 2008 at 17:43Too bad, I thought Matt was gone for sure this time around. I guess he's being kept around, like Jen, to test the patience and resilience of the other remaining contestants. I don't think Petrozza had a choice but to choose you, otherwise he might be seen to be making a strategic move by getting rid of Jen. I can't imagine she will last long anyways.

By Heather Wallace, May 29, 2008 at 10:14I don't know - skill is important, but you also have to be able to get along with people, and it seems like Jen can't get along in the kitchen...The social aspect of work is a key ingredient...
