I should have played the idol, and that’s the biggest mistake I made.
I brought the hidden immunity idol to Tribal Council in spirit. I said I was going to put it in my bag, but I just didn’t do it. It was a stupid mistake. The idol will be wiped clean, they’ll have a new one with new rules and everything. I have no idea where the idol is today, but I think I’m going to carve a new one. You’ll be able to get signature Ozzy idols on my website.
Romancing Amanda
It was pretty much spontaneous and just kind of happened. It was like jungle fever, I guess. I think we did a pretty good job, in the beginning, of getting away from being viewed as a couple, and then it slowly became a little more apparent.
Still, a lot of people sort of cuddle with each other; it wasn’t just me and her. We all sleep next to each other and it just kind of happened. We had to stay close to each other to maintain a certain body temperature.
We’re still dating. It’s one of those things that we’re taking day-by-day.
The Big Blindside
Parvati was my friend. We’d had the experience of the Cook Islands and she lived right near by me, so we had a relationship outside of the game. I didn’t think that she would do that. Of course it hurts more if it’s a friend. If your friend decided to screw you over to get a little cash, that’s basically the equivalent.
I wouldn’t do the same because we had a four-person alliance - once it got down to that, it was the understanding that all bets were off.

By Heather Wallace, April 18, 2008 at 14:43Ozzy - it is not like she screwed you out of a ’’little’’ cash - she did it for a million dollars. With that much money at stake, you should have known some friendships would be tested. I say forgive her. :)
